About us

CRX was born out of frustration, while working for some of the UK’s biggest Health and Safety training providers.  Frustration about poor customer service. Frustration about death by PowerPoint.  Frustration that learners are just numbers. Frustration of customers being (sometimes massively) overcharged.  
 
We look to address all of those frustrations, by delivering great customer service, great engaging and relevant content.  Delivered by experienced trainers (not just of training but with real life experience).

Martin our lead trainer was previously a full time trainer for one of the “big providers” delivering the whole range of IOSH and NEBOSH courses.  Before becoming EHS Education Manager for the British Safety Council supporting hundreds of learners on their health and safety journey.

Policies and stuff...

Cancellations

We never aim to cancel or amend courses. However, CRX reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of service, the venue and the individual or organisation providing the service. This includes moving classroom courses to our live Online service where we are unable to reasonably provide a classroom environment. In the event of a course cancellation, bookings will normally be deferred to the next available course at the same venue unless the client specifically requests otherwise.

T&Cs

eLearning courses

All fees must be paid in full before gaining access to any eLearning course.

We only offer refunds for eLearning courses, within 14 days of purchase.  As long as the course has NOT been accessed.  To be clear.  We do not offer any refunds on eLearning courses once the course has been accessed.

Face to Face courses

Face to face training includes those delivered live Online via Zoom (or other video platform).

All fees must be paid in full before attending any face to face course..

 If a booking is cancelled or deferred by the client, CRX reserves the right to apply the below charges. These charges also apply to in-house training courses.

  • More than 28 days Notice - No Charge
  • Between 15-28 days notice - 50% of total fee chargable
  • Between 1 - 14 days notice - 75% of total fee
  • Non-attendance / No notice - 100% total fee
